My approach

SkyeBlu's approach to therapy is flexible, and the techniques she uses depend on each client's specific needs. Some of the therapies she draws on include Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychoanalysis, and Sex Therapy.

She believes that a trusting relationship between herself and a client is a critical part of successful therapy, and understands that gaining that trust may take time, and is precious once earned. SkyeBlu aims to help clients move through and discover parts of themselves that may be experiencing pain, trauma, or sorrow, and together you'll work towards healing and self-awareness.

SkyeBlu is a trauma-informed therapist with a multicultural lens, welcoming folx from all backgrounds, sexual orientations, religions, gender identities, ethnicities, abilities, and ages.
